Co-founder of DreamTeam, Ray brings extensive experience in strategy, leadership, and innovation. He is passionate about developing strong partnerships and guiding organizations toward efficient and scalable solutions.

Manager of Operations & Training

Aline leads operational services,ensuring that every event is executed with precision, professionalism, and exceptional standards. She oversees team performance, staff training, and service protocols to ensure our teams consistently deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.

Marcos Rivela

Operations & Scheduling Coordinator

Marcos coordinates the operational logistics that keep our events running smoothly. He manages scheduling systems, client requests, and staff coordination to ensure events are properly staffed and organized.

Luciane Furtado

Finance &  Accounting Coordinator

Luciane oversees DREAMTEAM’s financial administration, supporting the company’s operations with accurate billing, financial documentation, and structured financial processes.
